Lists of lists

Various Web sites maintain lists of lists to help you find lists on particular topics. This list of lists of lists is from Johns Hopkins but the order is different and the comments are mine.

• Topica list of lists, previously known as Liszt. Includes a search capability and a well-organized health-related section. Also offers list-publishing service.
• CataList, a continually updated searchable catalogue of lists (only those using LISTSERV software)
• Tile.Net alphabetical lists of lists (not classified by topic), and search capability
• listTool offers a hierarchical list of lists, and tools for submitting commands; unfortunately hides the actual list addresses. 104 lists under ‘Medicine and Health’, not subdivided further (2005 Mar).
